3. How we use information
We use information for business and commercial purposes that include operating our website and services, responding to requests, evaluating and facilitating potential merchant-provider matches, managing provider accounts, maintaining records of requests and choices, providing customer support, processing transactions where applicable, improving our services, protecting security, detecting fraud or misuse, enforcing agreements, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
We may use contact information to send service-related communications and, where permitted by applicable law and consistent with your choices, promotional communications. You can opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or contacting us. Text-message communications are subject to the consent, message-frequency, and opt-out disclosures presented at the point of collection, where such communications are offered.
4. How information may be disclosed
We may disclose information as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not disclose your information in a manner that is inconsistent with your request, your choices, or applicable law.
- Payment-solution providers and related business partners: When you request a payment-fit review, provider conversation, or other matching service, we may share the information reasonably necessary to evaluate or facilitate the requested match with one or more providers that may be aligned with your stated criteria. We do not promise that a match will be available.
- Service providers: We may use vendors for hosting, customer relationship management, analytics, communications, form processing, security, payment processing, professional services, and related operational functions. They may process information on our behalf under contractual or other appropriate obligations.
- Affiliates: We may share information with Corvix Group LLC, L-Evate Software Group LLC, and other controlled affiliates when necessary to operate, support, analyze, secure, or improve our services, subject to applicable law.
- Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights, privacy, safety, or property, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.
- Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, insolvency, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the technologies used on our website and the definition under applicable state law, certain data-sharing practices may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising activity. Before enabling advertising pixels or audience-matching tools, MIDleads should confirm the actual practice and publish any required rights mechanism or opt-out notice.
5. Your choices and communication preferences
You may request to update or correct contact information, opt out of marketing email, withdraw optional text-message consent, or ask us not to contact you for marketing purposes. An opt-out request does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-promotional messages about an active request, account, transaction, security matter, or legal notice where permitted by law.
To stop recurring marketing text messages, reply STOP to a text message from the applicable sending number. For help, reply HELP where instructed or contact us at [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive automated text messages, if offered, is not a condition of purchase.
6. Cookies and similar technology
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, log files, local storage, and similar technology to operate website functionality, remember preferences, understand engagement, improve content, secure the site, and measure campaign performance. You may manage certain cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality. If MIDleads enables targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising technology, it will provide disclosures and controls required by applicable law.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain suppression records, enforce agreements, and protect our services. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, the purpose of processing, and legal or operational requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using reasonable safeguards for your own devices, accounts, and communications.
8. State privacy rights
Depending on your U.S. state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” or call 888-805-6230. We may ask you to verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.
State-specific notices, including any required California notice at collection, sensitive-information disclosure, financial incentive notice, or rights form, should be added before launch if MIDleads’s actual practices, traffic, or legal obligations require them.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults acting in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly direct the service to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can evaluate and address the request.
10. Changes to this policy and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
